Phalaks' lab is a lair found on the bottom level of the Grotworm Lair. Players can enter it by climbing down the stairs in the floor, west of the entrance to the Queen Black Dragon.

The location is visited during Hero's Welcome where the player finds Tarshak and encounters Phalaks for the first time. It is here where the player first battles Tarshak during the quest.
