Phantom doubloons are a currency players will find during the Deathbeard's Demise seasonal event. They can be gathered when gaining experience, killing monsters and by turning in completed daily challenges. Thieving and agility will provide 20% more drop rate on Phantom doubloons.

Like other currency in game, phantom doubloons can be added to the currency pouch by right-clicking on the doubloons in a player's inventory and selecting "Add to currency pouch Phantom doubloons." The doubloons also have another right-click option, Convert. Similar to past events, players can convert the doubloons to mystery boxes. There are two sizes of mystery boxes for this event - event mystery boxes and big event mystery boxes. The regular box requires 250 doubloons, and the big box requires 500 doubloons.
