The Phoenix crossbow is a quest item, although it can be traded. Compared to the regular crossbow and the bronze crossbow, it looks different, costs less, and has a lower accuracy. The Phoenix crossbow has no wielding requirements.
This item can only be obtained from from the Phoenix Gang weapon store.
During the Shield of Arrav quest, players join the Black Arm Gang and must give two Phoenix crossbows to Katrine.

Trivia
- The crossbow was once tradeable but it was changed on 13 February 2017, when the quest Shield of Arrav was reworked to allow joining both gangs.
