The phoenix egg is used in Dimension of Disaster: Shield of Arrav to help the Phoenix Gang. Straven asks you to steal the egg from Lowe to join the gang. You need to reach the shaking egg without touching any of the others, or else the phoenix will kill you. After you get the egg and take it to Straven, you need to hatch it into a phoenix eggling by clapping or kicking.
