The pickaxe hat token is a reward available from the Spring Fayre. It can be purchased from Rixie or the cosmetic stall for 49 RuneCoins It can also be found randomly awarded by participating in the fayre activities. Activating it unlocks the Fayre Pickaxe Hat override and consumes the token.
