Not to be confused with Hat and eyepatch or Pirate hat and eyepatches.
A pirate hat and eyepatch is the result of having Patchy sew a left eyepatch and a pirate hat together. To get to Mos Le'Harmless, the island Patchy is on, the Cabin Fever quest must be completed. Left eyepatches are lootable items from pirate implings, which can be caught after the Rocking Out quest. Pirate hats can be obtained from a level 3 Treasure trail.
