The Pirate's hook is a reward from the Brimhaven Agility Arena. It costs 800 Agility arena tickets and is generally valued around 1,200,000 coins by players. It is mostly considered a rare item because most also consider it a waste of tickets.
It can also be combined with a Crab claw to make a Crabclaw hook.
