A Pith helmet is a piece of headgear obtained as a reward from level two Treasure Trails, or from trading with other players. This is an uncommon reward, and not many players wear them. They have no combat bonuses, and are only used for decoration. They can be stored in the costume room of your POH.

- Anna Jones appears to be wearing a pith helmet.
- A number of Gnomes, such as Wingstone, appear to be wearing it though it is not a reward from the Gnome Restaurant activity.
- It is very popular with farming players.
- It is similar to the helmets that were used by British soldiers during World War 1.
