Polypore spores are dropped by all monsters in the Polypore Dungeon. 3,000 spores and 15,000 fire runes are used with a polypore stick to make a Polypore staff, requiring level 80 Farming to do so. Polypore spores are also used to partially recharge the staff, at a cost of one spore and 5 fire runes per charge.
