Poorly-cooked beast meat is a food item that can be made by using Raw beast meat on a fire and is also dropped by gelatinous abominations, Troll commandos, troll ranger commandos, and troll mage commandos. The raw beast meat becomes 'Poorly cooked' from being cooked on a fire rather than being cooked on a spit roast.
It heals 200 life points when eaten.
