Pretzel Bert is located next to what appears to be a pretzel stall east of Varrock, but can not be traded with yet. Talking to him will give you the response "I'm setting up right now, could you come back later?".

- It is possible that Bert is related to Oktoberfest, also because he wears typical German clothes, and there is now an "Oktoberfest Pretzel" in the quickchat item menu.
