Prismatic medium fallen star detail

The Prismatic medium fallen star is a fairly common item that can be found on the Treasure Hunter. It can be changed into any other medium fallen star which can then be drained for experience in the chosen skill. Free-to-play players can win and use them, but the bonus experience cannot be used up.
