Prison Break is an achievement that requires the player to obtain all unique drops from Nex in the God Wars Dungeon. Completing this achievement also grants the Tenacity of Zarytes title.

- The achievement name is a reference to Nex's ice phase, where tank players should be freed from prison to avoid massive amount of damage on them.
