Promethium arrows is an item released with the Dungeoneering update. Known monsters to drop Promethium arrows are high levelled Forgotten rangers and the Sagittare and Skeletal trio bosses. They are more often spotted when dungeoneering in groups of two or more in large or medium maps. It is highly considered to bind these arrows as soon as you spot them for their ranged bonus.
It can be made by using the smithing skill at level 90, and you can wield it at ranged level 90. It is best to use tangle gum arrow shafts instead of other logs, because it would just make the same arrow and tangle gum branches are the cheapest.
