A Promethium maul is a weapon used in the Dungeoneering skill. It is made from Promethium ore, requiring 4 bars and a Smithing level of 98 to smith, and a Strength level of 90 to wield. Promethium maul can also be obtained as a drop. It is most commonly dropped by Rammernaut but may also be obtained by level 108-110 or 134-136 Forgotten warriors, or Brutes whilst wielding the maul.
It is incredibly strong, bearing some of the best statistical bonuses among the Dungeoneering skill's weapons. It has a higher strength bonus than the Promethium two-handed sword; however, it lacks the Slash melee style that is also available in the two-handed sword. Its stats are similar to a chaotic maul, but is stronger by 5 in strength bonus.
