The raf xp boost scroll can be obtained by recruiting a friend via the Refer a Friend Programme. Activating the scroll grants a 10% experience bonus for seven days.
Only one scroll may be activated at any given time. Attempting to use a second scroll while one is already active results in the message: "You will need to wait for your current bonus to expire first."
