Not to be confused with the Ram skull helmet, a reward from the second half of the Rag and Bone Man quest.
The Ram skull is a quest item dropped by rams during the Rag and Bone Man quest. Unlike the other bones needed for the quest, this is not a 100% drop, so you may need to kill multiple rams to get it. The skull must be cleaned by adding it to a pot of vinegar and then boiled in the pot-boiler by the Odd Old Man's house north east of Varrock, making a Polished ram skull. Once cleaned, the skull can be given to the old man.
