Not to be confused with the Ram skull helmet, a reward from the second half of the Rag and Bone Man quest.
The Ram skull is a quest item dropped by rams during the Rag and Bone Man quest. Unlike the other bones needed for the quest, this is not a 100% drop, so you may need to kill multiple rams to get it. The skull must be cleaned by adding it to a pot of vinegar and then boiled over the fire by the Odd Old Man's house north east of Varrock. Once cleaned, the bone can be given to the old man.
The most common ram people recieve the ram skull with is the ram in the south west corner of the lumbridge sheep pen.
