The Rashiliyia corpse is a quest item used in the Shilo Village quest. It is obtained near the end of the quest by defeating the three forms of Nazastarool in the tomb of Rashiliyia. The corpse must then be placed upon the dolmen underneath Cairn Isle (the one in which the player finds the sword pommel and the locating crystal) to complete the quest.
If you search the tomb while the corpse is on it, you will add the remains to your inventory with the corpse also somehow still on the table. Clicking on the corpse still on the tomb will then make this corpse disappear, with the information box saying "the object must have been a trick of the light..."
