Raw yak meat can be obtained by killing a Yak on the Fremennik isle of Neitiznot. When cooked, it will turn into regular cooked meat and grant the player 30 cooking experience.
Players who paid Vanligga Gastfrihet's taxes in The Fremennik Isles quest can buy them from her for a price of 2 gp each. She is very close to a bank, so purchasing meat from her is a faster method than killing yaks.
