The relic part 2 is a quest item that appears in the Watchtower quest. When combined with Relic part 1 and Relic part 3 it forms an Ogre relic which can be used to access the ogre town of Gu'Tanoth.
To obtain Relic part 2 the player must defeat the ogre Gorad and return his tooth to Grew.
