Rock-shell chunks are dropped by giant rock crabs, which are level 95 and can be found either in the Chaos Tunnels or on Waterbirth Island.
Players may take these chunks to Skulgrimen in the armour shop in northern Rellekka, and he will make it into a Rock-shell helmet if players provide him with a dagannoth hide and 5,000 coins.
