The rock-shell helm is a member's only piece of Fremennik armour. It is primarily worn by warriors and has lower defensive stats than a rune full helm, but it provides a strength bonus. To wear a rockshell helmet the player must have completed the Fremennik trials quest and have at least 50 Defence. To obtain a rockshell helmet, the player has to either bring 1 dagannoth hide, 1 rock-shell chunk and 5,000 coins to Skulgrimen in Rellekka or trade with another player. This piece of armour cannot be made using the Smithing skill.
