Rock and twine bundle, also known as the Best Thing Ever, is a memory fragment that is required to start the Thok Your Block Off saga. It can be found on floors 36 to 40 on any complexity.
This is not a monster drop. Instead, it will be found on the floor and appear to be part of the scenery. It will not show up on the minimap. There is not a 100% chance that you will find it.
If you are hunting or plan to be hunting for the Rock and twine bundle be sure to talk with Skaldrun to make sure that you do not already have it as it will save you a massive amount of time because you will not find it.
During the saga, it's revealed that Thok crafted the bundle, as the Best Thing Ever.
