The rock costume is used during Some Like It Cold and is made alongside the pop costume with a strip of cloth, crushed gem, yellow dye and black mushroom ink. The costumes are given to Ping & Pong during the quest to disguise themselves as musicians.
They can be made after the quest, but the player must be in the penguin suit to equip them.
