Rohak is an old dwarf who lives under White Wolf Mountain. His son is a member of the Secret Council of RuneScape trapped when Gypsy Aris freezes time during Recipe for Disaster. Rohak plays a major part in Recipe for Disaster: Freeing the Mountain dwarf. Compared to other dwarves, Rohak is very short. He is named "Old Dwarf" when the player first meets him during the quest.
