Description The dwarves of Keldagrim are said to be the world's greatest sculptors, and a gravestone of dwarven design is an unparallelled work of art.

The royal dwarven gravestone was released on 4 January 2011, along with the King of the Dwarves quest. Its functionally is somewhat higher than the Angel of Death gravestone, in that it lasts for 15 minutes before crumbling and that it costs 500,000 coins to acquire. It is the longest-lasting gravestone in the game. It may only be used after completion of King of the Dwarves and is available from Blasidar the sculptor in Keldagrim.

After its release, the royal dwarven gravestone became a source of some criticism in-game and on the RuneScape forums for the fact that its functionality was identical to the Angel of Death, in that they both lasted for 6 minutes and cost 500,000 coins each. Two particular sources of controversy were that the gravestone had to be paid for in full and that it lasted just as long as a gravestone that many other players, particularly those with the skill requirements for King of the Dwarves, already had. However, this has been resolved from the February 1st update, where it now lasts 3 minutes longer than the Angel of Death.
