Rudolph's ashes are obtained after gathering up Rudolph's ashes in the Queen Black Dragon's lair during the 2017 Christmas event. Although the player is asked to pick them up to give them to Santa, the item is never put in the player's inventory. Instead, upon gathering them, a dialogue appears and the player is teleported away.
The ashes are subsequently used to resurrect Rudolph as Rudolph Reborn in the Phoenix Lair.
