Hello, I'm 5-x. I've been a wiki user for 5 years, a member of the clan for over a year now, and previously held the position of clan admin for 6 months. I suspect my name is familiar to most clanmates, as I try to be quite active. I'm in the central Europe timezone.

With my decision to run for clan admin comes the wish to support our community even more, be it inviting new players to the clan, helping the Events Team by maintaining the clan noticeboard/broadcast system, and assisting with the clan avatar.

I, 5-x, accept this nomination for a rank in the Clan Chat RSW. I have read the clan chat rules and the rank guide pertaining to my desired rank. I understand that this nomination may fail. If I do get community consensus, I promise not to abuse my tools because I am aware that this is a serious transgression. Discussion

Questions - We already have enough Lieutenants available to invite people to the clan, there are already enough avatar wardens, and more than enough people to help the ET maintain the clan noticeboard (Which no-one uses anyway). We have so many people able to invite new players to the clan, yet it sometimes happens that there's no one around willing to do it. I'm inclined to agree about avatars - their usage is varied, so I could still help out in some of the existing gaps. As to the clan noticeboard, I was the one maintaining it, so it's not surprising it's almost unused now. 5-x ^Talk 21:29, April 24, 2015 (UTC)

I feel like I should talk about my reasons for the opposition of the last RfR, given I didn't go into detail about them on the thread.

I felt that the creation of the RfR almost immediately after the suggestion that you lose the rank on the thread was terrible form and showed a lot of arrogance and entitlement - at the very least it should've waited until after the thread was concluded. You can't just have something stripped from you then instantly turn around and ask "can I have it back now?". I also felt that your general attitude with respect to avatars and adminship, while it had improved between me removing your avatar warden and (shortly before) you leaving the clan, had taken a nosedive and was pretty poor during the last RfR. There was also a lot of salt during and after the RfR.

Back to now: are these concerns still relevant? Mostly no. The first point is gone since it has been several months since the thread and last RfR, and I don't generally see the arrogance and entitlement issues any more. I also believe the attitude issue is mostly resolved. I see occasional comments [particularly about the lack of avatar] and while they generally have a joking tone on the surface, I feel it belies the saltiness that is beneath. This is why I am not supporting; I feel mostly neutral or slightly opposing, but I have intentionally left the bold identifier out because I don't really feel that's the focus of my comment. I was going to say immaturity. But who's to say I would have dealt with it any better. I do think you should be admin again. Neutral - Although I believe in giving people a second chance and I enjoy seeing 5-x on a regular basis in the cc and also doing some clannie stuff like when we did BA :), I am not sure that enough time has gone past from him being stripped of his last admin. role. I do not know, or even really want to know the reasons behind the first admin. role being stripped, but I do know that it would not have been done lightly and must have been a serious transgression. I still see some tension in the cc at times, between 5-x and some other clan members, so until that tones down a bit, I don't think I can give my full support at this time.
