Hello, I am Ethan Obi/Qwilfish. I'm... not too sure where to start, I'm 17 years old and was born on December 3rd 1996, I have High-Functioning Autism and ADHD, I have been playing RuneScape since early 2008 and have been a member of RSW on and off since late 2010/early 2011. I am applying for CC admin in hopes of bettering myself and the CC in as many ways as possible. One of the ways I intend to help the CC is try to disperse chat that can be seen as offensive before they get out of hand (Religion, Innuendo, etc.) I am also hoping to, if granted Clan Avatar Warden, have a Warden on W39 from the times of Midnight UTC to Noon UTC as frequently as possible. Finally, I hope to better myself emotionally and mentally by being surrounded by fellow Wikians.

I, Ethan Obi, accept this nomination for a rank in the Clan Chat RSW. I have read the clan chat rules and the rank guide pertaining to my desired rank. I understand that this nomination may fail. If I do get community consensus, I promise not to abuse my tools because I am aware that this is a serious transgression. If the community finds that I have done so, I understand that my rank will be revoked, and that in extreme cases I could be given a community ban.
