Getting there[]

  1. Board the ship: found on the dock behind the Al Kharid bank. Once players have arrived at the landing, they will need to follow the path north-west up the mountain to the entrance of Daemonheim.
  2. Teleport directly to Daemonheim: using the Ring of kinship. Note that this item is given by the Dungeoneering Tutor at Daemonheim as such players must have to travel to Daemonheim at least once before being able to use this method.
  3. Walking: players may venture through the eastern part of the low Wilderness area and will find the peninsula easily.

Details[]

Purpose[]

The Wiki and Rune HQ are teaming up for a joint-fansite Dungeoneering event. This will be our first joint event since the Fansite tournament back last year and we hope this will help strengthen the ties between us, possibly leading to future joint-events.

The main goal of this event will be to help you find new Dungeoneering partners from different fansites who may be available more often or be a better match for you than those you have been Dungeoneering with previously, especially if you have ever had to resort to Dungeoneering on world 117 *shudders*....

Forming a team[]

Occult symbol

For those of you with a high Dungeoneering level (70+), we suggest you try to form a team manually by finding other people at a similar level to you to dunge with or enter one of the floor-based random team generators. If you are a lower level or are just starting, we suggest you enter the completely random team generator room right at the back (north) of the Daemonheim hallway.

Due to an update by Jagex, players no longer need to have the exact same floors free, as long as they have free floors in the same theme (frozen, abandoned 1, furnished, abandoned 2, occult, warped).

First-timers[]

If you are new to Dungeoneering, don't be too concerned with memorising gigabytes of information before taking your first step into a dungeon. Dungeoneering is 90% experience, 10% page studying. If you get stuck somewhere, just ask your teammates for some help and if none of them know what to do, consult one of the links found above in the "helpful links" section or by browsing the main Dungeoneering page.

Rewards[]

If you aren't too into Dungeoneering, these may give you some motivation.

Purchased rewards[]

Main article: Dungeoneering/Rewards

Unique rewards that can be used outside of dungeons to improve almost any skill. From the coal bag, able to carry up to 27 pieces of coal to the scroll of life which gives you a chance to get your seed back when harvesting a crop to some of the best weapons in the game.

Resource dungeons[]

Main article: Resource dungeon

Dungeons accessible by only those with the required Dungeoneering level. Most contain valuable items or new less-crowded spawns of certain monsters.
