I know it's only just more than one month ago since my last RfA, but I think I've already shown that I stay calm, would be able to handle the tools, and especially, have a lot of use for the tools. I know I don't really have a past to be very proud of at a few points, such as the thing with Degenret last summer, and the Patrolling pages forum, but I think I have shown that I changed the last 2 months.
I also think the fact there are (almost) no admins active at European times is worrying. The first 10 minutes of the koala vandalism attack the only admin who was online was Halo, and due to other activities he couldn't block the vandals immediately. This is of course not Halo's fault, but we should definetely have someone to be available at all times. Also we were lucky Gaz and Zamorak came online earlier, because else that attack would definetely not have ended as well as it did. I don't think we should rely on luck that admins come online earlier, as this could as well end very badly. I know this is just one example, but it happens often enough that there are no admins available at all, and we just got to hope there's no vandalism.
To explain how I have changed in only the last 2 months: After the patrolling pages forum I realised I did something completely wrong. I asked some other users for advice, and also followed (most of) that advice. I now see I shouldn't have argued with everyone who voted on it, and shouldn't have commented such immature things such as the sarcastic comments to Halo. I hope you believe me when I say I have changed, and I hope you trust me that I would only use the admin tools for things they are supposed to be used for.

Questions for the nominee
1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
That would mainly be very much antivandalism. I am currently the only active European antivandal, and it would speed up the antivandalism quite a lot if I would be able to block vandals and delete spam myself. I would also be deleting images, constantly watching CG:SDC and when needed I could improve current abusefilters or MediaWiki pages.
Another very useful thing I will be going to use is the fact admins can view diffs of what people in the abuselog were planning to do, so I know if an edit was going to be vandalism or not, and react to it. (Now I have to assume good faith at every log entry because I can almost never be sure it would be vandalism or an accidental triggering of the filter). This would be a very useful tool too.
2. What are your best contributions to the RuneScape Wiki, and why?
I still think the image work I've done for the wiki is one of the best things I've done, but because I've been active in antivandalism for a few months already, and also do it (with a few exceptions) all the time I am active, I consider that as one of the best things too.
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
During my previous RfA I had a conflict with Degenret, but I explained to him it was simply a mistake to revert again, and asked an admin for help immediately. A short while after that I had a small conflict with BicycleCat, in which I also stayed calm all the time.

Oppose. I likewise feel that this is far too soon. I'd recommend waiting at least 6 months before filing your next RfA after this one fails.

Oppose - Too soon. It takes time to display changes, and by renomination of yourself it shows that you have yet to understand that, immaturity to me. That's my .02. xScoobsx Talk Contribs 04:08, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
Point/Correction During your previous RFA I pointed out a mistake you were making by assuming bad faith and violating the 3 revert rule. That does not mean we had a conflict. People here constantly help each other by showing errors and the proper way to fix them. If all of these were "conflicts" than this wiki would be at war with itself.--Degenret01 04:33, June 24, 2011 (UTC)

Neutral - Joey, I support you as a candidate entirely, and I think you'd do well with admin tools. However, the way you went about this RfA isn't quite what I'd like to see. It seems more like you're trying to pressure the community into giving you adminship. As you do have a valid need for it, waiting and working on improving yourself would have been a far better course of action than another RfA, especially so soon. Overall, maybe it's more that I support the candidate but don't support the RfA, but, I can't really say I support or oppose.

Withdrawal - I see it obviously is not clear enough that I changed, and you need to see more of this. I'll wait until someone nominates me then. It would have been nice to see some better reasoning than simply "too soon" though. I'll hope there are enough admins available when they are needed.
