Hi, I was thinking of creating a wiki project, so I thought we could set up a training camp.
Runescape Training Camp
The Ideas
My first thought is that we should make it a F2P area as even though im a member it needs to be open to all our wiki members/runescape players.
So I thought Draynor Village and Lumbridge swamp could be the setting; we could do the following skills there.
Skills:
Woodcutting - Next to draynor bank - Willow/Oak/Normal logs.
Fishing - Draynor coast - Shrimps/Anchovies/Sardine/Herring.
Firemaking - Draynor Market/Bank - use logs from Woodcutting
Cooking - On fires in Draynor - use Fish caught.
Mining - Lumbridge Swamp mining spot - Coal/Mithril/Adamantite.
Runecrafting - Water Alter - Use rune/pure essence from bank.
Attack/Strength/Magic/Ranged/Hitpoints/Defence/Prayer - Draynor Jail/Sewers/Village.
Thieving - Draynor Market - Steal from Wine/Seeds stalls.
Crafting - Potters house - Crafting items.
People selling things in the bank.
If anyone can think of other skills that can be trained say on the chat section below.
We need your help
We need as much help as possible. We will need Clan chats for it, advertising, people at the area doing things, etc.
So we need your help loads.
Hopefully me and Chicken7 will be joint running this project, if not though i will need some people to help run this.

Comment - Not that I don't like the enthusiasm, but this seems like a pre-Grand Exchange sort of event. Why would anybody even bother? The only people I see benefiting from this are the willow log cutters who will have some people there training firemaking and the fishers who will have some people training cooking. Also, if people do partake in this event, what will be the effect of all those extra people on the same world doing the same thing? I think willow log cutting will be a nightmare, and mining will be competitive; mining rune essence from the wizard tower is annoying, and there won't be enough monsters to fight; the closest place to mine clay for crafting is Rimmington, and how do members train thieving on a free-to-play world; what would people running clan chats even do, since players are quite capable of figuring out that there are people around buying what they're fishing? All of that pessimism aside, I would do this just for the fun of it. I just doubt there will be many others since the process is ridiculously inefficient in comparison to the Grand Exchange. Hi, i want this to be based on leveling skills in a group instead of making money. We could always use 1 member world and 2 F2P worlds. Oppose I do not like the idea, as that would just be a low-leveled skill training area, and there is a place called "Lumbridge" for this, filled with most skills and has tutors. Also, thieving is a member skill http://i1016.photobucket.com/albums/af290/porp109/sig1.png Spam me w/ lolcats

Well, as i said above, we can always use a members world and 2 F2P worlds, also we could move it to a higher leveled skill training area ort even a members area, but some people wont like it. i hope you can sign as i need some better ideas. thanks. ----Morgan-- 18:40, January 3, 2010 (UTC)
