A Bandos full helm is a decorated rune full helm that is affiliated with the god Bandos. Sharing the same stats as the rune full helm, the Bandos full helm also looks visually similar. Its appearance differs in that the helm features an ornamental brown trim, a brown plume, and two spikes on either side of the helm. The full helm requires 50 defence to wear and cannot be made using the smithing skill. Players can obtain a Bandos full helm as a reward from completing an elite Treasure Trail.

This full helm is a constituent of the Bandos armour set which consists of the following items: Bandos full helm, Bandos platebody, Bandos platelegs or Bandos plateskirt, and Bandos kiteshield—all of which are decorative versions of their respective rune armour counterparts. Players wielding any piece featured in this set of armour will cause followers of Bandos to become unaggressive upon entering the God Wars Dungeon.
