Trimmed rune full helms (in-game Rune full helm (t)) are the trimmed versions of Rune full helms. They can only be acquired as possible rewards from completing level 3 clue scrolls. It requires 50 defence to wear. The stat bonuses of this helm are identical to an ordinary rune full helm.
