Runner boots detail

Runner boots are a member's only type of PvP armour. To wear Runner boots the player must have at least 40 Defence. The boots can be obtained by exchanging 100 Honour Points in each role from the Barbarian Assault minigame or 150 thaler.

These boots are not seen often, as many players prefer to wear Adamant boots, also equipable at level 40 Defence, instead of spending the time to earn 100 points in each role to buy the Runner boots. Adamant Boots lack the special set effect, but players don't have to get 100 points in each role. Additionally, if one is looking for Power boots, the rock-shell boots have higher stats and are tradeable.

The Runner boots have a special bonus: by wearing the Fighter torso, Penance gloves, Penance skirt and any Penance hat with these boots they restore prayer over time.
