Sacred mine detail

The sacred mine is an item found by defeating Saradominist minelayers and Zamorakian minelayers in the Battle of Lumbridge. They can be used to explode on enemies by placing them on the ground using the "Deploy" option, causing high amounts of damage. The damage is increased by the drink Divine Fury. Currently it appears that sacred mines deal 4851 non-ability melee damage to all surrounding targets normally, and 5821 when under the effect of Divine Fury. It has been observed to hit 10000 against butcher demons, prideleaders, colossi and siege beasts. As the health of normal units would be greatly lowered by percentage depending on the player's level, hitting them first with normal attacks would allow sacred mines' damage capacity to be used to their fullest extent. Damaging units with only sacred mines will not cause them to retaliate.

This item cannot be deposited into the bank.

It is possible for minelayers to drop anywhere from 1 to 5 mines.

When deployed a message appears saying "The mine will last for a minute and you can only place 2 per minute."

Deployed mines can be recalled to be put back into your inventory if they have not detonated.

Sacred mines will only damage surrounding NPCs, but those deployed by minelayers will damage players.

After the Battle of Lumbridge ended, players attempting to destroy them would instead drop them without deploying, which was previously impossible.
