Sacred oil is obtained from Father Lawrence in Dimension of Disaster: Curse of Arrav after choosing the right set of prayers in the standard prayer book. It can be added to an empty canopic jar along with dwellberries and a ring of life to make a prepared canopic jar to hold Arrav's heart.
