Sammy Servil is the only son of Lady Servil and Justin Servil, two minor nobles of Kandarin. During the Fight Arena quest, Sammy is kidnapped by the forces of General Khazard and imprisoned in the Fight Arena. The player must rescue him during the quest by fighting in the arena instead of Sammy, who would meet certain death, being only a child. After the quest, Sammy can be found at the starting point, reunited with his family once again. He will act very excited at the player's presence, and praise their actions during the quest.

- Sammy's name was originally Jeremy Servil. This was changed with an update on 28 August 2018. This reflects the change made to his Old School RuneScape counterpart four months prior.
