San'tar Klaws is the antagonist of the 2013 Christmas Event. Zamorak has sent him to wreak havoc among the Christmas celebrations by kidnapping Santa, burning Christmas trees, and kicking presents. If the player gets enough nice points and talks to Santa, he will say that they have saved Christmas, causing San'tar to release him and leave.
