San Fan is the leader of the Cutthroat (or blue) team in the Trouble Brewing minigame. Her team is one of the two teams producing 'rum' as competition to Captain Braindeath's rum factory. Her rival is Fancy Dan, the leader of the red Gilded Smile team.
If players join Honest Jimmy, he will put players in either team. Jimmy sells the team flag, Cutthroat flag, for 200 pieces of eight.
