Sandy is a title unlocked by talking to Urluk after completing most of the content found in Menaphos.
Upon unlocking the title, there is a world announcement: 
News: Player has fully explored what Menaphos has to offer and has unlocked the 'Sandy' title!

To unlock the title, players need to complete the following:
| Gain tier 10 reputation with all of Menaphos factions. |
| Complete Jack of Spades, Crocodile Tears, Our Man in the North, and 'Phite Club quests. |
| Obtain the Palapa Cape override. |
| Unlock the Ishhara pet. |
| Unlock the Squeck pet. |
| Complete the Menaphos journal. |
| Complete the Golden Path Challenge to unlock the basic magic carpet pet.[notes 1] |
- ^ Although the competition has been removed, the steps from the Golden Path Challenge can still be completed to get the basic magic carpet pet.
