The Saragorgak key is a quest item used during the Land of the Goblins. To obtain the key the player must first go to the Goblin Cave and turn into a goblin using a Transmogrification potion. The player must then wear white goblin mail in order to be able to access the Saragorgak goblin tribe's area in the cave, and can then pickpocket the Saragorgak priest to obtain the Saragorgak key required to continue the quest.
