The scarecrow mask is a cosmetic override that can be purchased from Solomon's General Store for 30336 loyalty points or 158 RuneCoins (142 with the 10% members discount). It could previously be obtained by redeeming a red RuneScape membership card from 11 October 2012 to 31 October 2012 or by purchasing the gold membership package between 20 December 2012 and 31 January 2013.
The mask can be stored in the toy box in the costume room of a player-owned house.
