Scream is an emote unlockable by members using Loyalty points. It is bought from Xuan in either Burthorpe or Varrock for 6,000 loyalty points.
When performing this emote, your character makes an animation in which they hold their hands against their face and move slightly backward. Depending on your character's gender, you will either hear a masculine voice, if male, or a feminine voice, if female, screaming in fear while you perform this emote.
On 18 July, 2012, this emote went on sale for 4,500 loyalty points.
