The scrubbed hobgoblin skin is a quest item obtained by killing a hobgoblin during the Fur 'n' Seek quest and using a bag of salt on its skin. The player must then tan the skin at the Odd Old Man's hut, which turns it into a tanned hobgoblin skin.
