Scurvy is a cannon pet obtained after handing in a total of 10,000 phantom doubloons to Captain Deathbeard throughout the duration of the Deathbeard's Demise event.
Its interact option allows the pet to do its emote in which it turns around and fires then proceeds to follow the player again.
