The seaside rock was a common reward from the Squeal of Fortune available throughout the summer months that were won in sets of 5. It heals 40 life points, with the extra benefit of healing 10 life points each second for 10 seconds, totaling 140 life points gained.
The amount of life points it heals was not changed after the Evolution of Combat, making it one of the worst foods of the game.
When eaten in game message will read "You eat a stick of rock"
