The Lumbridge Secret Council, frozen by Gypsy Aris

The Secret Council of RuneScape is an organisation composed of representatives from various lands and religions in Gielinor. They first featured in Recipe for Disaster. During the quest, its members are attacked by the Culinaromancer, and players must save nine of them by making their favourite dishes.

Recent activities

According to Gypsy Aris, the group was founded many centuries ago. The members of the secret council meet up every ten years to discuss current events and attempt to guide the development of Gielinor. However, all they really do is have a huge banquet and nothing more.

At the latest council meeting, Duke Horacio and Osman were kidnapped by random events shortly before the Culinaromancer was released, attacking the remaining members of the council and freezing them. Gypsy Aris turned up late and helped the player save the Council.

Trivia

• There aren't enough seats for all of the members of the Lumbridge Secret Council. Generals Wartface and Bentnoze have to fight over one while Gypsy Aris doesn't have one at all.
