A security guard may appear whilst following a Customer Support treasure trail. He may appear at the eastern bank in Varrock, the Pit of Pestilence, by the Box of Health, or at The Pick and Lute to ask a question about security. One of the questions he may ask inquires about the number of steps that Jagex recommends to go through to secure an account. He will give the player a scroll box or a casket and a security casket when given the correct answer, 7.
